#209 - “Let’s play!”

Here we are folks, revamped and more realistic schedule for the sort of work I’m doing now. It’s less of a regret, and more of a comfort to me, that I can present Press ESC in manga sized layout. To have the dramatic story content is mollifying, and I do owe a long note of gratitude to Nyrin for is faithful input for what has been over a year now.

He’s been listening, bantering, and otherwise hanging around since On The Rock was my focus. Slice of Filler is his thing, but he earned the right to have that comic. He proved he could do it, and moreover, he keeps at it. His creative input, e.g. the character in blue you see - has fallen in to full time status as a cast member.

I’ve felt inclined to develop him, and so here we are.

What’s in Press ESC’s future? How often will we update? Once a week is the promise, and with the above layout very do-able. I do regret cutting back, of course - story progress means a lot to me. However, with larger panels I spent more time in a particular space in time, rather than feeling rushed to present a scene and move on.

Tuesdays are a certainty, but remember, molds are made to be broken…

Enjoy!
